Do you protect my IP (Intellectual Property)?

Absolutely. We sign a strict NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before receiving any drawings. Your files are stored on an encrypted, offline server and are only accessible to the lead engineer.

What if the parts are out of tolerance?

We have a "No-Argument Refund" policy. If a part doesn't meet the drawing specs, we either remake it immediately (priority shipping on us) or refund you in full. You don't pay for our mistakes.
